Dimond Park has an opportunity to have funding included on the 2022-2024 City Budget for two FODP priorities:

ADA Access - improvements that provide dignified access for all park users, including wheelchairs and walkers, strollers and bicycles

Playground/Tot Lot improvements to repair and replace worn, broken equipment and surfaces

There is not a user-friendly entrance from Fruitvale into the park for wheelchairs, strollers, bicyclists and others.
